Terms and conditions
Please read before booking
Prices
Prices on this website are per person and 'from' prices. The final price depends on dates, availability and the number of travellers, and is confirmed in writing before you pay.
Bookings
A booking request is not a confirmed booking. Your booking is confirmed only after we confirm availability in writing and receive the agreed deposit.
Payments and cancellations
Payment deadlines and cancellation charges depend on the airline, hotel and tour suppliers, and are shared with you before you pay.
Visas
Visa decisions are made by embassies and government authorities. We prepare and submit your application carefully, but we cannot guarantee approval or processing times. Government fees are non-refundable.
Your documents
You are responsible for giving correct information and valid travel documents, including a passport valid for at least 6 months.
