Only to reply to you, prepare quotes, make bookings and process the services you ask for, such as visa applications and attestations.

Only with the parties needed to deliver your service, such as airlines, hotels, insurers, embassies and government authorities. We never sell your data.
How we protect it
Your information is stored on secure servers. Visa documents are kept in a private area that only Terelle staff can open.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as needed to deliver the service and meet legal requirements, then delete it.
